This hotel is terrible. Do not stay here. The window in my room was not sealed and the wind whistled all night long! When I asked to be moved they said all the rooms had this problem. I finally solved it by using duck tape! Terrible terrible experience.

The gate to get out kept not working kept demagnetizing our room keys. And took 1 whole day to get extra toilet paper people at the front desk are very rude we go there to relax not to deal with attitudes! This hotel has a good location that’s why we keep coming back but this will be our last stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at the Plaza. The beds were probably the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in. We had an issue with our bathtub not wanting to drain and when we called for maintenance they were quick to send someone up to get it fixed. Will definitely be staying here again next year for our Vegas trip! Great hotel, great staff, great casino . 10/10.
