Check in was easy and the hotel was typical Vegas hotel, but the air conditioning went out 4 times had to have maintenance constantly in the room. After the fourth attempt to fix the air conditioning, it was unfixable. They finally decided to move us to another room, which was fine. It was right just down the hall, but that rain wasn’t much better. The phone did not work at all and the TV in the room had no remote for it. I went to the front desk at least 5 times within two days to ask about a remote , I was told they had ordered one for the room! It was never brought to the room. Probably will not stay there again.

The prices were a bit over inflated for Vegas. Dinner was so salty you couldn't eat it. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes was $28. No salad, rolls.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but did not get it. The bed sheets smelled so badly of smoke that I could not wear my night gown the next night for the strong smell of smoke. The casino dominates this hotel. We were on the 21st floor, but were still kept awake by music played downstairs until 2 AM. One has to walk through the casino to reach the reiteration desk of the hotel. Please mark this hotel as VERY noisy until the wee hours of the night!
