Check in was easy and the hotel was typical Vegas hotel, but the air conditioning went out 4 times had to have maintenance constantly in the room. After the fourth attempt to fix the air conditioning, it was unfixable. They finally decided to move us to another room, which was fine. It was right just down the hall, but that rain wasn’t much better. The phone did not work at all and the TV in the room had no remote for it. I went to the front desk at least 5 times within two days to ask about a remote , I was told they had ordered one for the room! It was never brought to the room. Probably will not stay there again.

Had to request toiletries several times. Some restaurants where turning people away stating they were closed and still shouldn't close for another 20 minutes.

I called the frony desk on day one about the water only being very hot and scalding hot. When the water firdt came out it didnt burn me but left redness and irritation for the next day and a half. I called the desk on day one. They said it was an easy fix and would do it roght away. They never did and i was unable to take a proper shower. I will absolutely never return to this property again for this one reason.

This hotel is smells of regret and bad decisions. It looks like those hotels rooms in the movies where the Cartel goes to complete drug transactions. Definitely a place where you go to die of an over-dose. The room was FILTHY. I stayed only 30mins and checked out. Not safe. But if you have a kink, drug addiction or into illegal activities - it’s paradise!

The parking was easy. The things to see and do is all walkable distance. Like the Mob Museum.

The room was beautiful, excellent use of space. Nice Desk, comfortable bed and love seat. Parking is so easy and included in your stay. Housekeeping had to be scheduled ahead, or you didn't get any.
