Check in was easy and the hotel was typical Vegas hotel, but the air conditioning went out 4 times had to have maintenance constantly in the room. After the fourth attempt to fix the air conditioning, it was unfixable. They finally decided to move us to another room, which was fine. It was right just down the hall, but that rain wasn’t much better. The phone did not work at all and the TV in the room had no remote for it. I went to the front desk at least 5 times within two days to ask about a remote , I was told they had ordered one for the room! It was never brought to the room. Probably will not stay there again.

Very noisy from adjacent room (the door between 2 rooms let noise pass thru). Beware of the Fremont Street party noise last past 2 a.m., bring your earplug if you want to go the bed early. Room is very clean and location is convenient, parking garage needs to freshen up.

I love this hotel casino and have stayed before; which was awesome and the reason I stayed again. However; my room was downgraded during check in….. zero amenity room was given when I booked a luxe room. I reached out to Expedia regarding this and was reimbursed for part of my stay. The location for me is amazing, casino is easy and fun, dining option are fantastic. I will be staying again but will pay closer attention to my room booked vs given next time.

Plaza Hotel Las Vegas, NV

The hotel building is older and could use some updates. The staff are exceptional, as is the building cleanliness. Location is perfect, walk out the front door and go straight and you are on Fremont street, so much fun! All in all, great reviews for Plaza Hotel!

Beware!

The bathroom was so small you had to dry off in the tub, the shower was so weak I didn’t dare wash my hair! Not even a hook to hang a towel no place for you to put your clothes! One chair, refrigerator kept your soda warm, the water tasted awful! BUT! The worst part was the LOUD…VERY LOUD MUSIC THAT WAS HEAD BANGING. THEY PLAYED UNTIL 11 OR SO! We were in the South side Beware! And I bet you will say the same!
