Helpful Resort Information

Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Self-parking is complimentary and available in the garage adjacent to HGV.

The property is located next door to the Flamingo Hotel & Casino and on the Las Vegas Monorail line.

A daily Resort Charge applies and includes guest internet access, domestic long-distance calls, DVD NOW with unlimited movies, two 16-ounce bottles of water per day, and 1-800/local calls.

Guests 21 and older have special access to the GO Pool at the adjacent Flamingo Hotel & Casino, including live entertainment and cabana rentals. GO Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM daily.

A $100 credit-card deposit per stay is required at check-in. A $100 cash deposit per day of stay may be provided in lieu of the credit-card charge.

The resort is non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

EV charging stations are currently unavailable.

Primary guest must be 21+ to check in.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. A fee of up to $350 applies for smoking in a non-smoking room.

Late arrivals after midnight on the designated check-in date are considered a no-show unless the resort front desk has been contacted in advance.

Day use is subject to resort policy.

Guests must follow all resort and adjacent Flamingo Hotel & Casino pool access requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. A $100 credit-card deposit per stay is required at check-in. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check out.
