The staff is the most unprofessional, rude, dismissive and unwelcoming on the entire strip. Every encounter from front desk to pool, every staff member had an attitude. Just horrible. Never ever staying here again.

The staff was friendly however check in started at 4 pm and I was in line by 4:15 pm but the line was so long that by the time I reached desk it was 6:30 pm which was ridiculous. To make matters worst I inquired about room upgrade that was offered to me prior to stay to see if I was able to get it at the rate discussed I was told yes and charged for the upgrade only to reach room and it was not the upgrade I paid for so before checking out I informed hotel I was charged for what I did not receive and although I was told refund for upgrade would come with incidental hold I was only offered a late check out for the issues.

The casino was horrible! Lost 900.00 there, but was able to win back at other casinos a little. Pool was nice. Smell of smoke lingers into hotel. My eyes burned often! Also, sheets and pillows didn’t seem clean. They smelled! A/C made a strange noise every time it came on and shut off. I was trying to read mini bar items because I lost my glasses and the multiple charges were preposterous! I had a water and snack mix and nothing more!
