My experience at Ceasers was Terrible, we first arrived and asked for early check in, the gentleman said he would give us the early check and he would text us when we were ready, we waited close to 2:30 and received no text, we decided to ask one last time to see if it was ready, turns out it’s been ready for hours. We had been at the hotel for since 7:30 am. What a morning. Didn’t make a big deal about it as we were tired from flying in. Now here’s the kicker, we get to the room on the 66th floor and the floor had this really bad sewage smell all through out the hallway, I mean it was bad, so bad that we knew it was our floor just by the smell along, we were in the Octavius tower room 6651, again we ignored this as we wanted to have a good time, the smell was pungent to say the least. So when it was time to sleep there weren’t any issues, except early in the night/morning, our room was right across from the staffing room, for whatever reason they were so Loud, coming in and out, having full blown conversations, they were loud going in and out when their equipment. At one point I just sat in the bed as there was no way I could of slept, it was terrible, this happened every morning say around 3 or 4 am at least three out of the four nights. We are on central time so our sleep was thrown off a little bit. At some point there were folks, folks as in Staff directly in front of my door having a full blown conversation about something; so loud it woke me and my wife up. Again w

I booked a 2-queen-bed room, but upon arrival, my reservation was changed to a single-bed room without explanation. The check-in line was extremely long, and the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. This is unacceptable—if you pay for a specific room type, you should receive exactly what you reserved. My experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and customer service was terrible. I hope management addresses this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
