When we were checking in I mentioned that its my birthday trip and first-time expected so Ibwant it unforgettable. And when the receptionist asked me if we want housekeeping, I said yes. Next morning before we left we called to confirm that cleaning is coming and requested new towels. At 8pm when we came back room was still same condition. When I went to reception the supervisor apologized and gave me a 100$ credit for my birthday dinner. We decided to go to the restaurant "Amalfi" and from the beginning they refused to sit us cuz they say they were "closing". But the place was empty and after a short conversation they sit us down. Server Michelle from the beginning was rude and didn't take care of us, but she was extremely nice with the other tables. I was waiting for dessert forever cuz dhe was literally ignoring us. Should I mentioned that when we requested Birthday cake, they brought us candle and I was burning it by myself? The worst experience ever!!! In the end they charged us full price even though I said that hotel offered a credit for us. We requested late check-out at 1pm and the next morning housekreping woke us up at 9.30 with words that we have to checking out!!! When I went to reception to check out and they were trying to charge me for the drinks from mini-bar which we had never touched! Also when I mentioned the situation cleaning situation reception started laughing and just called to supervisor. I am still waiting for refund. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Check out is tricky. If you touch anything in the mini bar area a sensor goes off and you're charged. Unless you get a paper receipt it's hard to detect. It's hard to get housekeeping to service your room even when out for hours and the do not disturb sign is removed. Self check out didn’t work. Better to go through the line.

Room was overpriced. Wallpaper was peeling. Had an in room coffee machine. No free k-cups. 4 pack of coffee in room was $20.00! you can get free coffee at Motel 6! Never staying here again.

Supposedly upgraded to Nobu hotel in Cesar’s. They had keurig machine but wanted you to pay for the pods as well as cups!!!! The lotion in the bathroom smelled like rancit old lotion. I went to desk and they said it’s supposed to smell like that. All the other products smelled very nice, don’t understand why this one was different. They gave you 2-8 oz little waters a day, but you had the option to go to water station on 82nd floor and refill bottles in this 5 star property. Also the pumps with soap, shampoo, and conditioner didn’t work, only the smelly lotion worked. The others we had to unscrew and pour. They did fix them after I complained. The gym was excellent. Also noticed that the servers at Joe’s seafood prime, steak and snow crab and Gordon Ramsay’s were not interested in making a connection, felt cold. Why did they not start with the women when taking orders? We actually got the best service at The Linq, Hash a Go Go which caused us to go over there 2 time’s. We ate 1st breakfast at Cafe Americano in Cesar’s and our waiter just wanted the order and stood there while we were paying the bill with the little credit machine. At one point I think the manager saw me looking around and came over to assist us.? We needed honey but our server never checked on us once food was delivered. The main pool was super cold. We went to the pool for 7 diamonds and I guess Nobu guest and the water was perfect. Smaller but nice. No servers helped us since we didn’t rent a cabana.

Room was not nice...

The hotel itself is fun and has a great location on the strip. The forum was great for shopping and the restaurant options were okay. We had strip view, king room in the Julius tower and were "upgraded" at check in to the Augustus tower. Our upgraded room was a little larger I guess, outdated, with a (very dirty stained) couch, dirty dingy carpet and furniture and a view of the roof of the casino building.....I would visit Caesars again for dining and entertainment but not to stay.
