When we were checking in I mentioned that its my birthday trip and first-time expected so Ibwant it unforgettable. And when the receptionist asked me if we want housekeeping, I said yes. Next morning before we left we called to confirm that cleaning is coming and requested new towels. At 8pm when we came back room was still same condition. When I went to reception the supervisor apologized and gave me a 100$ credit for my birthday dinner. We decided to go to the restaurant "Amalfi" and from the beginning they refused to sit us cuz they say they were "closing". But the place was empty and after a short conversation they sit us down. Server Michelle from the beginning was rude and didn't take care of us, but she was extremely nice with the other tables. I was waiting for dessert forever cuz dhe was literally ignoring us. Should I mentioned that when we requested Birthday cake, they brought us candle and I was burning it by myself? The worst experience ever!!! In the end they charged us full price even though I said that hotel offered a credit for us. We requested late check-out at 1pm and the next morning housekreping woke us up at 9.30 with words that we have to checking out!!! When I went to reception to check out and they were trying to charge me for the drinks from mini-bar which we had never touched! Also when I mentioned the situation cleaning situation reception started laughing and just called to supervisor. I am still waiting for refund. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

Let's start from beginning, the check-in process. Caesar Palace has the slowest check-in process I have ever experienced. I counted four clerks helping the guest with the check-in process. There was about 10 groups of guest in front of me, and I was in line for a total of 68mins. The average per guest check-in was at around 24-28mins per guest group. The clerk was nice and professional, but the process needs to be significantly streamlined. After all the standard check-in with the ID and credit card on file, the room assignment is done in a backroom, which the clerk disappears for 5-10mins. Why is not done at the counter?! Wifi connection to the room is limited to 2 devices and only those 2 devices will be the able to access the wi-fi during the duration of the stay. Usually wi-fi is not essential as everyone has 5G connection on their mobile phones nowadays. Except the room I was staying was in a mobile dead-spot. None of the mobile phones were able to connect, AT&T and T-mobile. What decade are we in, as to limiting the wi-fi connections to only 2 devices? If your wi-fi bandwidth is not enough to handle the traffic, upgrade. Access point with wi-fi6 or wi-fi7 is plentiful and relatively cheap, when you go down to the casino floor, and seeing a lot of people, literally sitting down and handing the casino plenty of money to do the upgrade. For the price, Venetian was a much better accommodation. This is one of the worst 4star hotel on the strip.

Service was terrible, they didn’t came to clean our suite for the 3 nights we stayed there I have to chase the housekeeper when they were at the hall to get clean towels. I really don’t enjoy writing this but if this helps to other people to get a better service for the amount of money they will pay.

I asked for daily cleaning and they did not clean on any day of my stay. I even called to ask for towels and those were never delivered. They had a fan drying carpet all weekend that was extremely loud. They claim a five star resort but it truly isn’t. Would not stay here again

Vegas is expensive, and Caesars is no exception. Know that after you pay the phenomenal price to stay in a very basic old room, that you will have additional fees on top of it when you get there. The hotel is showing its age in the basic rooms, but in the newer nicer rooms with a view they are very nice. So if you’re going to overpay at this hotel I suggest over OVER paying for a bigger nicer room so you see the value.

I gave a 3 star review due to the outrageous prices. The hotel does not even offer complimentary coffee in your room. There’s a Keurig, but you must purchase the $22 coffee pods that are conveniently located in your room next to the $12 water bottles. Or order a $7 cup of coffee to your room plus the $14 service charge. We had a great time, but we were definitely not expecting these prices.
