Front desk said they were out of extra pillows and blankets. We asked them to clean our room twice within our 6 day stay and they never did it. Otherwise, good location, beds are comfortable. No smoking floor smelled like cigarettes and pot.

The resort had hidden fees, and even though the room rooms were labeled non-smoking you still have to walk through a smoke field casino lobby to check in or get to your elevator. Also I had a flight change and was told by the front desk they would refund my extra night that I wouldn’t be needing, then the next morning they changed the story and refused to refund me due to their “strict cancellation policy “. I will absolutely never do business with this hotel ever again.

The registration staff were polite and respectful and professional. Finding the elevator was not easy the but noise from the casino could not be heard from my room. The restaurant was delicious and affordable and I really enjoyed my brief stay.
