"The original room I was given would not unlock, then the second room I was given did not have a working lock and I was told by the front desk that that it would be fine and requested another room. The third room I was given, the air conditioner did not turn on, there was no shower curtain at all in the bathroom, the lamp had no lamp shade, most outlets did not work, and the mini fridge was removed. I then left, and booked a room at Quality Inn."
