This is the second time my son and I have stayed at the Hilton in downtown Cleveland. If you are visiting the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or seeing a sporting event, it is the ideal place as you are in walking distance. As one would expect with a Hilton, the facilities, staff, and dining were all top notch. The one thing I did find odd... our room had no microwave. For $300+ a night, one would think rooms would have microwaves. There even appeared to be a space for one, but it was not there. I could not reheat food, which was inconvenient.

It was good until it wasn’t. Had a metal piece fall from the side door entrance hitting me in the shoulder and scratching my leg bringing blood. They offered me $200 towards my stay, very disappointed in this staff and lack of give a care.

This is a high quality hotel. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Everything you need including iron and ironing board were available in the room as well as tea and coffee. Toiletries were of high quality. View from room was lovely, overlooking Lake Erie. Hotel is within walking distance for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, stadium and downtown. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Came for a Browns game- prefect location. Had an issue with valet and bad communication over a dead battery, but upon arriving home, contacted the front desk thru their welcome text message and instantly everything was smoothed over and take care of. 10/10!

The property is nice and clean. Amenities in the rooms are pretty basic. It would be nice if they had more food options. The menu at the restaurant has limited options.

Beautiful room

Room was beautiful. We had spectacular city views from both large windows. Roof top bar had great drinks and atmosphere.
