Room as average. Clean, nothing too special, just adequate. Bar staff for early evening spent most of the time complaining about life in general, about being busy.. was annoying. Felt the need to complain about customers and just about everything… while we sat and smiled. Breakfast was outstanding, great service. Location is outstanding to downtown Cleveland. Parking garage was definitely not built for a truck or larger SUV…very tight turns all throughout. Hotel desk staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.

This was a nice hotel and the people there were fantastic. I honestly cannot stress this enough. Every staff member I interacted with including valet was so pleasant and accommodating and truly made it a great experience. I was a little underwhelmed by the room and slightly grossed out by the carpet, which took away from it a bit.
