We had a great stay at Boutique Hotel Weisses Kreuz. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Lucerne, close to the river and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The hotel offered breakfast, and having a restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Overall the property, the staff, the room, were good. Single traveler in small room was adequate, however the shower was tight. The included breakfast was limited but good and helped ease costs, with the high prices in Switzerland. The property was central and walking distance to everything you would want, including the Train Station. Church bells ring to some degree, every half hour of the day, however you will hear them where ever you stay in the old town. The old town is beautiful and I would stay in this location if I was return.

Great place to stay, ideal location. Everywhere walkable, shops, restaurants, train station and bus ride to Mount Pilatus. The staff were very efficient and friendly.In particular Mihai in the restaurant and at breakfast was very welcoming and worth a special mention for his hard work and extra effort to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this hotel
