The property was clean, however our unit lacked some basic amenities. We stayed in Coral Townhouse #6. The kitchen lacked basic items like a sheet pan, skillet and pot holders. I left a message with the office about this and my call was never returned. The downstairs bedroom closet did not have shelves or a hanging bar for clothes. There was nowhere to unpack clothes. Additionally, the food truck was out of service.

Air quality in rooms need a big improvement. Air conditioning unit pulls unpleasant air from outside. Kitchen Utensils are too old with lots of scratches in non stick pans.

Property was perfect for a relaxing vacation. All the room around the property were convenient to the pool and beach area. Plenty of Kayaks and paddle boards for use with lots of visible marine life. Bed was on the firmer side.

Was in a town home and it had plenty of AC and the full kitchen was great. The teflon pans are a bit destroyed but we made it work. Great warm pool, wonderful water side sitting area with great sunsets. We had some high winds so our dive was delayed a couple of days but they got us rescheduled and the crew was great!. There are lots of cute small jellies in the water around so look out if you decide to go for a swim and not in the pool.

Realized quickly this is first and foremost a dive resort and not a 2 bedroom villa setting for 4. We chose it because we were in close proximity to another group of friends in an RV park It was nicely appointed but not set up for self catering for a full week. There was no storage for personal belongings forcing us to live out of our suitcases on the floor. Lighting is super bright and non adjustable. Kitchen supplies are minimal with no sharp knife to cut anything. And the dive boat greets passengers with great enthusiasm at 7:30-8:00 am outside your window. It’s like they’re in your living room. We did love the covered porch waterfront. Staff was great and grounds/pool were clean.
