This end-unit 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse features tasteful coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and a bright open floor plan with serene water views. Enjoy your morning coffee or grill your fresh catch on the screened-in porch overlooking the canal, just steps from your private boat slip (max 27 ft).

Set out on easy boating adventures—fuel up at the on-site marina, explore calm turquoise bays, or head Oceanside via Tavernier Creek for world-class fishing and dining at nearby waterfront restaurants.
