"I like that breakfast is included, though it’s the same options every day. The rooms are quite spacious; however, we were expecting housekeeping at least once during our week-long stay. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel."

"After a long day of driving, we were met with a room door that barely functioned. The handle had to be jiggled and turned several times before it would open/close (not to mention the key card worked about 50% of the time). The toiled ran and I had to open the tank and help it along, and there were no bath towels. Luckily though, we had 4 trash cans."

"It would be nice if you had a king size or queen size bed, not two full-size beds when you have a couple trying to sleep in one bed together. When bed was soft, and the other bed was extremely hard and tall. The iron was broken didn’t even work. It looked like it was 100 years old. The pillows was flat as a pancake. The comforter was yellow in the inside looked like it hadn’t even been washed. Two sinks put together outside of the bathroom was inappropriate. The body towels were so small and thin looked like they were 100 years old. staff was never there. They were only there to check us in."

"Beds were so uncomfortable and sqeaky we got no sleep. Carpet was filthy."

"Location was perfect! Visited the Shinzen Friendship Garden (inside Woodward Park) and Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hotel has all amenities for a comfortable stay including a restaurant on site. "
