Slightly musty smell, but not dirty. Paint definitely looked like a "landlord special". Lighting in the room was pretty bad, especially over the sink area. Mattress was super uncomfortable, but sheets were soft. A/C worked great. Some staff were great, some not so much. My room door had some issues closing properly - maybe just needs some WD40? Parking was. Fine. Overall, perfectly serviceable motel for the price point. Don't get your expectations too high and it'll be just fine.

Parking was easy but did not feel secure because one night homeless tent was 20? feet from our door. Door to room looked like someone has tried to break through it.
