"Staff is incredibly rude. I will never stay at this hotel again. Was My bf became physical with me so I told him to leave. He caused a scene and the hotel put me on a do not rent list. They then argued with me about my service animal. I have all the documentation for him and what they did is against the law. I have stayed here numerous times and they have never had an issue with me. Never. One staff member even brought up my medical issues in front of other staff as well as guests. I have never been so humiliated in my life, especially when they do not know the whole story. Physical abuse is the reason I now need a service animal and my medical condition is none of their business. My stays have become progressively wirsmm so"

"The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was pretty run down and the carpet was stained and needs a good shampooing. The room has so much potential but needs to be renovated. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean and the WiFi was great! Loved the smart tv with apps to watch a variety of shows while relaxing at night. The service at the adult pool was wonderful and the food was very good and fresh. Front desk staff was friendly. Would love to come back if renovated someday :) "
