Under renovation. Room did not have bedding (bare mattress) was not properly cleaned after last guest. Staff member said no other rooms available so we went on a scavenger hunt for bedding which was only partially successful since we couldn’t find a top sheet or pillow cases

The rooms they had given me had the exterior door blocked, far away in a very dark corner and the air conditioning was very noisy. They also had large trash cans in the rooms like those they have outside and they wouldn't take them out of the room. There were also used water bottles and the toilet was full of waste. And they said the breakfast is incluided , but was false, thnaks

Staffing was rare at the front desk and didn’t answer phone calls. Tap water in room was always warm to drink. We stayed 2 nights and TV did not work at all. Room amenities very dated. No breakfast bar because of remodeling even though website says there is one. Not worth the price. Hotel promised me a partial refund but never got it. Would not stay there again.

No breakfast provided due to remodel; telephone didn’t work; toilet was leaking; wi-fi went down for 2 hours; no one was at the front desk when we went to inquire (sign said “be back in an hour” with no time listed on sign; temperature of room was too hot or too cold; a person was leaf blowing outside our door early both mornings; there was leftover food in fridge. Although they promised to refund $20 for no breakfast, it cost us much more to eat out for 2 breakfasts (family of 4). Very frustrated with the property, lack of service.

Air conditioning wires were showing and if moved turned the conditioner off. The pool looked like pond water at the zoo. The bathtub was full of other peoples hair. The breakfast was edible, like warm and straight out of a box or freezer. Pictures are false advertising to what the property actually looks like.

My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was a very hot day in Phoenix and the airconditing was fantastic. My suite had a microwave, refrigerator, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer. It was quiet and perfect for my needs. The check-in was quick and Danny (front desk) was friendly and helpful.

I waited about 30 minutes before someone checked me in. Morning breakfast is not what it ise to be, very minimal selections to eat. In calling the front desk, no one answers the phone. Things are not what I remember it to be from last stay at this hotel, it gone down hill?

Check in and out was easy. The room was clean however there’s plenty of dust around the bedding. The bed wasn’t comfortable and there were only three pillows. No amenities, only two towels for shower and hand wash. Fridge wasn’t working well. Breakfast was ok; no fresh fruits or juice. Parking was ample.
