Horrible experience, was there for a business trip, it was so bad I didn’t even bother checking out, after the first night of supposedly 3 I left and got another hotel, keep your contract with homeless or whatever your clientele is. This place should be condemned and closed

The neighborhood was not what I expected. There was a lot of homeless. The front desk was courteous. The room was terribly outdated and worn out. The paint was peeling, the floor was dirty. I slept in my clothes. The bedspread had stains, there was a pill on the floor. The pillows were tiny and lumpy. There was a lot of noise all night.

I wasn't going to bother with leaving a bad review but since the room reeked of cigarette smoke, now today (the next day) everything I brought into the room with me smells like cigarettes, and now my car does too. Building is right next to the freeway so was very loud. That and the paranoia of leaving my car outside in that sketchy neighborhood made it hard to sleep. Outside of building smelled like urine and marijuana and was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. The bathroom had boogers on the wall and pubic hair on the toilet (which barely worked by the way). The only thing good about my stay was that I don't think I got bedbugs and my car didn't get broken into. Awful place, avoid at all costs, unless you're looking to buy or sell drugs I guess.

The service was terrible The place had prostitutes walking around asking you if you need to have a good time they had individuals. they’re selling drugs. The sheets were stained and cigarette burns. The room had a smell to it. and the AC did not work.

This place was not what it appeared in the pictures. Room reeked of smoke and advertising said non smoking. Bed sheets were stained and dirty as if someone had slept in them prior. Only one light in room difficult visibility. I didn’t feel safe with drug deals and prostitution happening outside the doors. I asked for a refund.

Nothing against the management/workers but DO NOT stay this property. It is in an extremely unsafe area. We unfortunately saw prostitution, drug deals and criminal activity occurring. We felt very unsafe all night and could not sleep, waking up with every noise. The noise/activity got even worse around 2-3am. SomethingUWe ended up leaving the property earlier than expected because we were very uncomfortable. We booked a non-smoking room, however it REEKED of smoke. I’m.

First, I'm not for the area so I didn't know that area is very bad!!(the hood) Although they are pet friendly they are not responsible! Feces everywhere in a very strong smell of urine! But for me it was the continental breakfast did not exist!!!!! Not even coffee, oh and every ice machine was broken! My two husky service dogs didn't like it there either!!! That was THE WORST RedRoof INN I've ever stayed at!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Was housing homeless and prostitutes. Room smelled like weed and tobacco. Sheets and window curtains were littered with cigarette burns. The toilet would fill right up to the top of the bowl every time it was flushed and when i called for a plunger they said when they couldnt find one but when they did they would come to the room. Never came. There were homeless living in broken down campers in the parking lot. One of them had a 5 gallon water jug filled halfway with urine. Terrible hotel. Wouldnt stay there again if it was free.

Little Africa

Would not recommend this red roof in to anybody it’s an unsafe area even though it’s gated seems to be rented by a lot of prostitutes and drug dealing places decent. If you really need to stay but quality and clean this it’s somewhat possible if you really need it for an emergency will not recommend to anybody. AC in room, Burleigh worked all broken and stained with food and spotted two cockroaches in the restroom.

It was the most nastiness of place I've ever seen in my life. I immediately left and stayed somewhere else. There was illegal activity going on right in front. Broken into cars. Place was beyond filthy.
