Nice surprises, like the evening reception, delicious breakfast including custom-made omelets (SO GOOD!) and a full breakfast buffet, good coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the room includes a fridge and microwave. We had an easy walk to the AMAZING Heard Museum, and there was more to explore in the area on foot. Uber to the airport costs about $20. This is a beautiful hotel in a safe area with food options nearby.

The omelets are soooo good. We had a great stay, but we usually like to do brunch in new towns. We didn’t here because the food provided by the hotel for breakfast was so great.

The front desk clerk was bored and detached. Not welcoming. The refrigerator in the room is not stocked and room service closes at 10. Breakfast was C+ dry scrambled eggs and cheap sausage. The ambience is impersonal and corporate. Not our kind of hotel.
