Dog friendly, nice staff, nice sized rooms, cool grounds, but this hotel feels 1000 years old. There was a ton of construction going on, so they are obviously doing some major renovations (awesome), but feels overpriced for now. Upgrade the rooms, new carpet please, add some restaurants, better bar. Please.

Only stayed one night and room was clean, staff helpful. They are remodeling an area so they moved the coffee and snacks shop to lobby which made it convenient. Our room over looked the pool area and kids were easily heard playing, sometimes loudly, but overall property was good.

Incredibly disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Major construction going on everywhere. No luggage carts to move bags without supervision. Elevator was broken 1 of the 3 days we were there but there was no sign warning that it was broken. Just some times it would not work and sometimes it would. The massage and facial were amazing at the spa. The wait staff at the restaurant were so kind! The hotel is under renovations which I didn't know when booking. They didn't have room service. The grounds were not in good condition. The hot tubs didnt work..... it was not ideal.

The room was old and had a weird smell. The carpet was disgusting and filthy. For a “resort” and paying fees, I was very disappointed. The water park was nice though. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. Very overpriced for what it is. Also, too much construction all around the property. You should just completely shut down, then reopen when completed.

The room had coachroaches, the carpet was filthy, the funiture was old and dingy, the balcony could barely fit 2 people. The waterslid closed at 4 when check in is at 4, so di the mini golf. Drinks were terrible for the price at the pool. Pool was dirty. Not enough tubes for all the people. The grounds were all tore up from construction. The elevator was broken near our room. We asked for a handicap room, didn't get it. Asked for a crib and it was an old worn out pack and play. Not a resort at all. It was 300 dollars for a night. Should have been 100.

Spa was nice, best part of hotel, not on property. Room was ok, nothing special. Water park not on property also and very tired looking..no towels when we showed up mid afternoon and didn’t seem to care about replenishing. Hour later still no towels. Food & drinks very expensive. Also many broken lounge chairs..? It’s like they could care less.. A lot of construction around the property, including water park which starts early and wakes you up. Elevator broken from back entrance. Refused 1/2 hr later check out for spa appointment that was at noon vs 11 am checkout..very disappointing. Asked a day ahead.
