The staff were all incredibly courteous, friendly, and efficient. The bed and pillows were amazing! The pressure and water flow in the shower were fantastic. Breakfast offered many options including warm food cooked to order by an outstanding chef! We will recommend this location to all or friends and family.

The only cook was out sick on 1 Sep so there was no made to order bfast as advertised. There should be someone else so the guests dont get slighted. Also cook was very disgruntled always mumbling to himself and seemed bothered by customers on the other days

This was a very nice, new-looking, clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were nice. It was a great location, not far from downtown, but outside the chaos.

Modern efficient Hotel.

Very clean, practically new facility. Excellent breakfast daily (weekend hours for breakfast different than weekdays). Everyone on staff was super helpful, nice hangout area on the first floor, easy to reach. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Kansas City.

This is our 3rd time staying at Element North Kansas City. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with full-service kitchens, and a work space. Pets are allowed. Nice gym and indoor pool. Best perks though are the complimentary breakfast (all the standard fare you’d expect + an amazing made-to-order hot breakfast that changes daily) and the afternoon “relaxation hour” where they offer free wine, cheese and baguette. Such a great value for money!!
