The staff were horrible. Rude and disrespectful. They lied to us about having available long term parking for flying at KC airport. The rooms were disgusting. The pool was nasty. It is an extremely unprofessional business. They do their business through a kiosk of an Indian guy that is unprofessional.

You check in with kiosk not an actual person. Dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Second floor smelled of weed. Bugs in kids room people fighting middle of night and nobody to report to. The pool was open but as we walked down the hall in a window says pool closed by health inspectors which should have been posted on door and door locked so nobody could go in. This place was a dump it was so late by the time we got in to change hotels.
