Paying $246 a night I was very disappointed it really Need upgrade in room my rom didn’t have a port to charge my phone so I had to ask front desk charge my phone it was dusty on tv and tv stand noisy early in the morning bathroom was very small the feel I got in my room was like a beat down motel and no class of furniture or on wall front desk stuff was nice that was my only great experience

Not worth the money

This hotel isn’t worth the money paid to stay there. The knob in the shower was broke, the tub wasn’t clean, the room had an odor.

We were disappointed that you removed sausage, bacon, and waffles from breakfast. No flavored tea. We stay there for every Chiefs game we see and we drive 6 1/2 hours to get there. We have told all our friends what a great place the Lotus Hotel is and what a great breakfast you offer. We most likely will not stay there in the future.

Not the Best Place to Stay

The first room had the air conditioning coolant leaking (or condensation?) and the carpet was drenched around that area. The room had a terrible musty smell. The smoke detector had a plastic bag wrapped around it. The next evening the vent above the bathtub had water pouring out of it (from someone taking a shower directly above us?) so we reported it and they moved us to another room which was much nicer. The breakfast wasn’t that great but we did find something to eat. I will say that the customer service was good. This could be a beautiful hotel if someone put a little money towards it. The location was the main reason we booked because it was within walking distance of the Chiefs stadium, and that worked out great.

Staff was nice, but rooms were dated and carpet in room was disgusting. Pet stains everywhere, and I even poop on the carpet. They did move me to another room, but I was done at that point. Certainly not what I expected for the amount of money I paid for the room.
