Additionally, while the hotel staff were helping to transfer my luggage, the handle of my suitcase was broken. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially when you expect more care with guests’ belongings. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards

A great place to stay. Had a blasting experience considering the location of the hotel. Its as best as a 4 star hotel could be with all the staff and everything. They gave us fruit plate as a welcome gift , has a tea time for free at evening etc. So many options as well. Friendly staff and fast check in is also great.
