Small, clean, and very accustomed to people staying for various aesthetic procedures. Attentive to requests made for recovery. Staff is very patient, kind, and understanding. Nurse comes by the room to check on you, which can be helpful with wound care and noticing significant complications.

Hotel was very good as I have been there more than once but on the day of check out I requested late checkout (only 2 hours) to be 2pm instead of 12pm but the receptionist refused telling me they were fully booked but when I checked online to book 4 rooms not only one, there was availability which made me so upset and thinking seriously not to stay there anymore

Great staff and reception go out of there way to help you. Wifi is great no issues restaurant is tasty cleaning staff are very good at there job If u are going to Dentspa it’s a perfect hotel it’s a 5 min walk to clinic so u don’t need to get driver it will save u a lot of time in traffic if u stay here. It’s off main road sound proof windows so u don’t hear the honking horns that are non stop but never heard any huge bonus. This was in the main building I did not stay in annex I return in February and I have already booked my stay again

The stuff and the administration and the restaurant in a building and we stay in another building it’s unbelievable one of the stuff is Egyptian she know English and Arabic and the whole stuff don’t speak English very well it was not that clean. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody.

Pleasant Stay

Staff were friendly, overall we had a pleasant stay except for the uncomfortable beds. Stayed in the Anex building which has a tinny elevator takes you to the room with new A/C
