A peaceful home in an energetic neighborhood. Close to public transportation. The beautiful Bosphorus is a stone throw away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.

- Located oh the ground (-1) floor without elevator
- You need to go downstairs in order to reach the unit
- One of the bedrooms does not have a window
- There may have some construction noise in the area at working times
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There is no A/C in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request)

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

There is bus transportation 1 minute from the property. A cab stand close by. Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city.
