Remodeled from top to bottom: all travertine floors, brand new two double beds, queen-size sofa bed, 42" LCD wall-mounted TV, DVD, whisper quiet split AC system, custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful light green granite tops and high-end fixtures. The bathroom is also remodeled with a walk-in custom travertine shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, an under-mount sink, and decor that will meet everyone's tastes. Another great advantage is this unit still has large full closets in the bed area for those that need that extra storage space.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking (max 24 hrs). You can pay with card or on your phone. To pay with the parking machine just enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. The view was absolutely beautiful — amazing! The room had been renovated, and the ceiling and wallpaper were very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room had all the basic necessities we needed. Towels were available at the pool.
