Staff was great, but the room sucked. Old fixtures, bad paint, everything was cheap. Even the lotion and shampoo/conditioner were bad, smelled spoiled. Plus a resort fee with no benefits other than access to wifi and a crappy pool. Price didn't match the amenities. Wouldn't stay again.

Clean, fantastic location, good staff. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities, but the room itself was small but good and even has a balcony. It has everything you need, no major frills. Has some wear and tear, but overall satisfied!

If you a single women I would not recommend. There is no security features in this hotel. Anyone can enter from the back or front of the lobby and the elevator does not require a room key to access a floor. There is a simple lock on the door so I was uneasy at night. The hotel is great if your young and on spring break and do not care about your room. The Floors are all painted dark colors I thought I was enter a acid trip my floor was painted deep red all down the hall I saw another painter blue, Staff was courteous if you requested help but I was uncomfortable my entire stay. I will say all people staying there were friendly and looked OK but you never know. I know I will NEVER stay there again.

The location is very good, although it's noisy by trucks, hotel engines, etc. Also, the pool is small and in the afternoon the engines beside the pool make the ambiance non appealing. Every time we entered the hotel we look at reception to say hello and they never look at us. We have to request the comp wine 3 times and when want to open it, they didn't have a wine opener. No upgrade. Room is tiny for a family. Amenities like shampoo are of very bad quality.

Very nice room, and staff was friendly. The location is fantastic. Just beware, this is in a very dense part of Waikiki and there can be quite a bit of noise outside. That's not the fault of the hotel, but realize that you're staying in a busy (and often noisy) area.

Clean and well maintained property in the heart of Wakiki. Lots of great options to eat within a 10-15 walking radius. Heavenly restaurant in the hotel is a great option, especially for breakfast
