Check in staff is bilingual, which is great, rooms are clean, but could use an extra garbage can in the kitchenette. Lots of hair balls floating around in the hot tub, the water should be drained more often. Pool was way too cold , steam room adequate. Gym is basic, but in good running order. Loads of hockey teams in the winter, can get noisy and corwded in breakfast time. Walls need insulation, heard lovemaking and bang on wall for 2 hours (good for them!!!) Overall, nice uncomplicated stay.

We always stay in a Quality inn went we're traveling, we like enjoying the indoor pool specially in winter kids love it, but this time water was freezing, others family was complaining about it, maintenance staff said pool was at 21° so it was alright... so we try the hot tub, it was horrible dirty water greyish foaming... sauna wasn't working at all... so pool facilities was unpleasant. Overall cleanliness was ok, our room was perfect. Could improve the breakfast a little more fruites, hot chocolate for kids and give a wash to the pancake cooker. Staff was great and welcoming.

Clean rooms and staff were very friendly. Traveling over Christmas and there was no one who cleaned the rooms on this day, as we needed new towls from the kids swimming, etc, and beds to be done up.

bed was made but hadn't been wash in the first room we were assigned, it had dirt and pubic hair all over. The girl at the counter changed us to another room, the bed was clean but shower was dirty, black marks, hair and shower curtain was so dirty.I have to give the girl at the check in a 5stars as she was really nice and agreed with us!

Very nice reception area and Tiffany at front desk was incredible. Gave us dining options for ordering in. Room was clean and spacious (2 Queen). Pool area clean, however pool quite cold and hot tub could be a little warmer. Steam room would need some upkeep. Breakfast was simple but nice. Free coffee available at all times and we were able to eat our take-out dinner in the breakfast area where utensils etc. were available.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely but that was it. The bedding was very sparse and I had to ask for a blanket. The room was freezing. I had to keep the fan on all the time on the heating system because it was so loud which then blew cold air. The second night after I asked for a blanket it was slightly better but not ideal. There is clearly a problem with people coming in who weren’t guests and the police were there in our second night. Scary to be staying alone and felt unsafe. Worst hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time.
