Place was clean inside. Only real issue is that it is a duplex, and the neighbours played loud music and slammed doors often until 3 or 4 in the morning. They also had multiple people coming and going at all hours night which included smoking at the front door, so you are unable to open the windows if you don’t want the entire place smelling like cigarettes or weed. Highly recommend bringing ear plugs and air freshener spray

How to access the property was not clearly defined, as a result there was an unpleasant delay in settling in. Once we gained access we noticed large carpenter ants all over and there was dirt and garbage on the floor under the sofa. This is what was obviously visible, I can’t image the filth that was not immediately visible. I do not recommend this property.
