The property was a distance south of the 401 highway but easy to find. It was close to dining establishments that were within walking distance. It was very quiet & clean. Very affordable. Yes it was a low budget motel but my wife & I quite liked it. We would gladly stay again. The young man on the front desk was more than helpful. He even came by after we had settled into our room to make sure everything was okay. Never had that excellent service before.

The room was clean including the bathroom and tub. Staff was very limited but good. Physical maintainence wasn't. Faucets were about to fall apart and the patking lot was full of litter and cigarette butts some very old . It was dark with one tiny light plus one bulb overhead. Easy fixes all to make 5 star budget stay. The location is great.
