The front desk was very helpful, we had to make a stop late at night and had pets so it was convenient in that aspect. The room and surrounding area was rough.

This property was quiet, and possessed the basics, but had little else to recommend it. The toilet seat was terribly scratched/stained; the blanket was directly on top of the bottom sheet, with one top sheet on top of the blanket; there were no hangers; and the outlets (which we used for charging devices) were few and far between. An aroma of cigarettes lingered. Generally speaking, this place is old, worn and tired.

AC was so cold and we didn't know how to change it. Sheets were dirty (brown stains. Oil from the skin of the last customer was present on one of the nightstands. Really dusty towel holders. Shower had hardscale lime stains. It was really noisy with loud bangs through the night but that could have been from traffic or people walking on the out door stair cases. But the mirror and counter of the bathroom vanity and the floor was clean. The desk attendant was very kind, welcoming, and friendly.

I booked a non smoking room, yet got a room that smelled like cigarettes the entire time… tub had grime build up and the toilet seat was a bit gross, sink stained. Bed blocked off by cones in the parking lot, sheets looked slept in.

Staff was great. Once I checked into my room the tv didn't have connection, lights by the bed didn't work, the toilet seat was very old and looked dirty, the floor could have been cleaner and the drain in the bathtub didn't drain even before I showered and I had to wait for it to drain and then push the drain down and then start my shower. I did call about the drain and tv, but I was asked if I wanted to change my room and I said yes. Overall after a few problems everything was well.
