My car got towed from parking lot with paper on dash i had to pay 232 dollars to take it out plus 35 for taxi their was people fighting in front of my room worst motel ever front desk lady had an attitude roaches in room cigarettes burns everywhere etc

This is my 2nd stay and the staff is friendly, but the room this time around the shower curtain was old and ragged and old shower and toilet seat. Overall the stay was as expected for the price. I would recommend them updating at least the shower curtain.

I wasn't informed that I should place the ticket on the car's dashboard, and the ticket itself didn't state that if I didn't place it on the dashboard, my car would be towed... My car was towed and I spent $240.00 on towing fees... that wasn't fair!

Doubles as a homeless shelter, & so my room was booked out to the state. Thankfully there was one room left that was just cleaned but not updated in the system as available so the clerk gave us that room. I’d paid for a queen size but had to settle for the full size bed I was to share with my partner. Needless to say the alternative was to drive back to NY in snow so I had to take what I was given. In hindsight I won’t be staying there again.
