Beautiful secluded property with Mountain views. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was we booked a room with a double bed but when we got there we were told that all the double beds were sold out. Other than that not complaints

Customer service was terrible. There was one Black staff member who was awesome with Braids. Other than that when we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, we we're met with "Didn’t the room come stocked". This was after we extended our stay so yes an extra roll along with the hospitality should've been upheld. The housekeeping staff was very generous but front desk was horrible.

Check in was a 3pm and I arrived at 6.30 and they didn’t have any double bed rooms available because they allowed a soccer team to check out at 4 pm. Because my friends an I had a major concert to go to we had no choice but to get ready in the lobby and tiny lobby bathroom. It was demoralizing. After I stated that the situation was disappointing and upsetting, I wasn’t even compensated with anything. 4 black women left to get dressed/ready in a common area is disgusting. Never will I come back.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Restaurant was good and bar had nice selection. Drawback was they said they have room service but wanted to charge me much more to bring the same plastic containers to my room that I walked down to the lobby to get. So I would not call that room service.
