Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I thought because it was in the Hilton family it was going to be nice, but I was very wrong. It didn’t seem clean, there were stains on the sheets, some towels in the bathroom were wet, pillows were horrible & bed was uncomfortable. I’ll never stay here again.

All was satifactory. Room seemed a little dated compared to the one in Coventry RI.Staff was fine. If you are unfamiliar with the highway system around Hartford and you miss an exit you are in trouble.

Located in a safe and quiet area of Hartford and the staff was very friendly and professional so my only complaint was the carpet and sofa bed were a little outdated but overall I would definitely come back here. Keep up the great work

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is a very convenient location, it is always kept very clean, and it is a very good value noting also the exceptional complimentary breakfast. This trip stood out in that the customer service provided at the front desk was above and beyond to make our stay even better. Donna at the front desk went out of her way to correct a booking problem with our room and her kindness and friendliness made us feel both welcome and appreciated as guests. She provided exceptional customer service that is uncommon to find nowadays and she did it cheerfully despite the challeges brought about by a holiday weekend.
