My room was fine and the shuttle to the airport was handy. The breakfast was pathetic. Stale bread, no tea bags, no eggs, etc. Glad I brought my own granola bar and tea.

Dirty and rundown

This place needs a major overhaul. The corners of the bathroom were dirty, I had to clean the toilet myself.just gross. All the trim was broken off, furniture are used and scuffed up. I asked for towels because they only provide you with two and we had three people, they said they would deliver them and they never did. The airport is right across the street and we were right in the path of the airplanes. So loud! The beds were comfortable. That’s about the only good thing. Not happy. Only stayed one night. Changed hotels to the Doubletree. Much better.

My tub was very uncomfortable to shower it was rusted lights didn’t work toliet was back up horrible rm117 then moved me to rm 118 which wqant better the phone didnt work and nobody came to fix my issues

ok for the 7 hours I needed it but not again

The room was clean but the deadbolt was hanging from the doorframe, the fridge was SO LOUD I had to unplug it to actually get sleep, which defeats having the fridge at all. The bed was as uncomfortable as sleeping on the ground. I chose this for location to the airport but as a single woman travelling alone I will opt for a different property. The people working there were very nice, but I didnt feel comfortable staying there alone.

This was a simply "Okay" hotel if you're either on a strict budget and/or just want a safe place to lay down for a few hours between event and flight but don't care about anything substantial. The room was adequately equipped, but the entire facility was very dated. Some things appeared to not be in great mechanical order when walking around, and the signage within the building wasn't too straight forward for my room at least. There was a spot of either heavy mildew or mold in my shower, and the staff at night when I checked in seemed a little out of it. That said it let me get a few hours sleep between the event I had in Hartford and my flight out for vacation, and that combined with not getting any bugs or similar (that I know about) means it was appropriate for the value. I just would not recommend staying here for an actual vacation or if you plan to do much in the room. I also can't say I thought the parking felt good enough to use as long term (for a flight out) like they offer, but again that was adequate for my one night and I found a new lot in the AM.

All That I Needed

The place is in need of a major remodel--but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great! The price was right for what I needed- a place to crash after a long late night flight --before another two hour drive home.

we needed a convenient place to sleep after arriving at BDL at 12:30 a.m. Days Inn is always a reliable choice for cleanliness and comfort. Transportation to and from the airport and rental car agency was easy to obtain, with the LAS shuttle service.
