i stay here often and usually leave no reviews good or bad experiences, but this time was awful. i got a non smoking rm and it reeked of cigarettes i immediately called the front desk to alert this issue they had said “i don’t know why it smells like cigarettes, maybe someone was in there and just smoked? they aren’t supposed to. i don’t know why it would smell like that” the only thing offered to help was air freshener which did not help much. my boyfriend who is allergic to cigarette smoke dealt with watery eyes all night and my sinuses were messed up until we left. and the bathroom was also awful, nowhere to set anything down and the shower leaked. like i said im a regular here and never say anything about anything but this was awful. $150 to be uncomfortable the whole time was not worth it this time. but the keys worked and that’s always great!

Everything in our stay was great! The only thing I had a slight issue with was that there were no coffeemakers in the rooms. Coffee was only available in the breakfast area in the morning! Super sad! Besides that our stay was fantastic!
