"The biggest issue as others have mentioned - check in instructions. Absolutely no contact in the lead up to the 3 week stay. Messaged the host on the Monday before we were due to arrive Wednesday. Was told cleaners could change code and we would be provided ASAP. This never happened. 9 hour flight and we landed, messaging the host as we had no code still. Tried to call host also no answer. Finally got sent the code via message on the way to the villa. The hosts did apologise.The stress this added to our travel day was totally unnecessary and the fact this is a recurring theme now in recent reviews from other guests is concerning to say the least. Keep this in mind when booking.The Villa itself is spacious and relatively modern. A few outlets not working and some unusual switches for lighting etc.The bottom of the pool looks like it did need a clean also - unsure of scheduling for this being done.Overall a great stay and would recommend but definitely need to sort out check in and check out instructions, we also had to message the host to confirm what had to be done prior to leaving and that would make both guests and hosts lives much easier and much smoother process."
