"The property was not clean prior to our arrival dirty dishes in the dishwasher dead flowers in the kitchen hair in the beds toilets weren’t clean. The kitchen was not equipped properly and not even coffee was offered."

"This is a beautifully renovated studio with nice amenities. It has a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked all meals for two days. The kitchen is very small but has everything you need. The bathroom is also very nice. It was very clean. The parking is easy. There is a nice covered porch.This is a lower level unit and you can hear what is going on upstairs. It was not a problem for us."

No paper towels, laundry detergent, facial tissues, salt & pepper, etc. No kitchen scissors.2 Bath towels, bath matts & face cloths. These were frayed & had holes. No extras for pool use.Not properly cleaned - dust bunnies on the walls, plants, baseboards, outlets, etc.Ad says 'Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.' We went out to use the pool. It was cold. I looked at the welcome book that said 'IF you opted for pool heat...' so I went back to the listing, to the 3rd drop down menu and found a 30 per day charge for pool heat. For a pool that small? 390 for less than 2 weeks?!? It doesn't cost that much to heat a pool twice that size in Canada! NOT worth the money. More attention to details & maintenance needed."
