The air conditioning in the rooms are very loud. We had to change rooms due to loud air conditioner. The second room we moved to was loud too, but not as loud as the first room.

This hotel has been family owed for over 60 years. It is a great value and was a comfortable stay. Being so close to the Grand Canyon made it easy to come and go as often as we wanted.

We stayed in the hotel part of the property. We had reservations fpr the motel but when i found out there were no tu s or elevators i was able to move to the jotel. They honored my ezpedia price. Very thankful

Nice staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. A good distance to reach the Grand Canyon National Park by car. We would stay again, but would not eat at Plaza Bonita again. The restaurant (Plaza Bonita), which belongs to the hotel was not as good as the reviews suggest. We took the buffet and everything was cold. The floor around the buffet was sticky. The price wasn't worth it!
