Hot Tub was great, food very good but very expensive. Gentleman by the name of Nash was a pleasure to text with as we were delayed by an accident on the highway. Only complaint - the faucet in bathroom dripped and we were on the 'family' floor - lots of noisy kids. Beds were very comfortable.

The worst stay of my life. Everyone who works here is extremely rude. I booked my stay with Expedia weeks in advanced, I had booked a room with a balcony. My family and myself were devastated when we arrived as they had told us that they had overbooked and had given my room to someone else and that there was nothing that could be done. I had driven over 8hrs to get there and agreed to get another room at a discounted price due to the room being smaller with less amenities. During my stay the staff would give me and my family dirty looks when we would pass the lobby. We felt extremely uncomfortable to the point where we started entering through the back of the hotel. After my stay I check my bank account and noticed they charged me double. From Expedia and from the hotel. I had to constantly battle with them to return my money and it was nearly impossible. I had to reach out many times and they didnt want to lower the price as originally stated. Long story short save yourself time and money. All this was a headache to deal with and ruined my whole experience as a traveler. You can get a better deals at other hotels for the amount of money this hotel is charging. The restaurant is overpriced and nothing amazing about the indoor pool/ gift shop.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. The staff didn’t look happy to help, they look like they hated their jobs. Car alarms going off at 230 am doors slamming at 5 am in hallways. We ended up leaving early. The steakhouse was wonderful.

The room although we loved that it was quiet showed unfortunately a lot of wear and tear. The wooden cabinets in the bathroom were damaged pretty badly not only in our room but also in the second room we booked for our friends and The tray for the toiletries was dirty. Our doorframe missed a little chuck of wood close to the doorhandle. I found several pieces of hair in the bathtub on our clean towels and the countertop. We noticed several areas in our room with a layer of dust so not sure if they just did not clean our room well or did not have time enough to do a good job. The facilities and restaurant were good and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
