The only thing that kept me from rating it as excellent across the board was the construction directly across from our room...maybe it would be wise to put the people who are staying several days away from the construction...either way, I always love staying at the Williams Best Western Plus. 😊

Foyer / front desk area is beautiful. Fireplace w/ coach seating for enjoying an evening. Hot tub was great. The front desk gal, Ramona ( 5 pm shift on Monday) was awesome. She was back on Tuesday morning at 5am. Great service, friendly w/ a smile. Breakfast was on time & hot. Christmas tree is up, bringing a state of cheer & spirit to the hotel

Probably the best hotel I’ve visited. Equals or betters resort quality and amenities. Very peaceful and quiet, location is excellent. Price was shockingly low, I truly expected twice the price for what is provided.

Staff was great, especially at the front desk. Awesome job at check in. Room was super clean and comfy. The whole place was even better than expected with steakhouse and bar. So convenient and rare these days. It is right off the highway yet it was set back and we couldn’t hear a thing. Such a pleasant experience.
