"So overall the experience was good. Just a few things when we got our room there was a bunch of small natts in the bathroom sink the room smelt very musty and like someone had smoked in there overall was displeased addressed the situation with the front desk as I did take video of all the natts in the bathroom sink. To which they apologized and moved us rooms right away which was amazing the second room was very much better !! So thank you for that. The continental breakfast was very good ! We enjoyed 3 days worth of breakfast it was as the same all 3 days but no complaints it was hot and fresh! I don’t know what happen on the 1st floor but they did have construction going on which I know things happen and are out of our control but the second day we were there the water was shut off at 11 am no warning or courtesy call thankfully we were all showered and ready for our day we just hadn’t brushed our teeth so a little warning would have been appreciated. But overall great experience and the pool well needed to be cleaned so we didn’t get to enjoy it but we noticed them busy with the emergency construction they had on the 1st floor "

"Room was clean, sofa bed comfy, 3 excellent beds!! The Bath tub got clogged after 4th person took bath every morning, but called front desk and they sent maintenance to unclog within 5 minutes!! Was awesome! "

"We stayed here last minute and it was the best decision. Large clean rooms, clean amenities, lots to do, loved the Disney vibe, loved the little cafe, you can drink by the pool! Lovely bar and restaurant, great large shuttle bus service for the parks, staff were friendly, had the best stay. Would always stay here now. "
