Free Onsite Laundry and detergent available for purchase! Staff was friendly and helpful. Directions to Disney available at front desk. Food options could be better such as having a pancake day, chocolate milk for the kids and the breakfast area was a bit cramped during rush hour. Would stay again if visiting Disneyland.

I would definitely stay at this property again. Very convenient to Disney even though we didn’t walk we drove right around the corner. The staff were so nice and so hospitable. Breakfast was average but we appreciated it since there was 6 of us. The rooms were clean and overall this was a great property! I also felt safe in the area !!! Definitely returning here for our next Disney trip

Overall, our stay at Staybridge was comfortable and we genuinely appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. From the moment we checked in, they waived our parking fee since we were staying for an extended period, which was a thoughtful touch. When the air-conditioning in our first room began leaking onto the carpet, they acted quickly, upgraded us to a new room, and even tried to offer compensation (though it wasn’t possible since we booked through Expedia). The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had clean towels and anything we needed. The in-room kitchen and full-size fridge were a big plus and made the stay more convenient. While the hotel itself wasn’t the most impressive the service and accommodations really stood out in a positive way. We had a good experience overall and truly appreciated how well the staff took care of us throughout our stay.

room was great, experience was great!! but the deception on how far it is to park entrance was not liked. the 85 dollar early check in fee was high. uber was fine buti would have gone further out without a parking fee if i had to use uber or went closer with the parking fee where i could acually walk in the time said and not get on a tram that takes more waiting time.

The hotel room was very very clean.The beds were quite comfortable and i was shocked how the mattresses were not so hard compared to past hotels stay. Lots of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. I loved how the hotel was so close to Disney. Considering all those keynpoints we had a great overnight stay. The only downfall was no balckout curtains. We could not figure out if we could close the side decorative panels so we can sleep without the sunlight pouring in in the morning. We'd probably stay here again if we plan another disneyland trip.
