Hot tub down, for years now apparently, with no plans to fix it. Pool cold and unpleasant to swim in. Whole hotel run down. Carpets saggy everywhere. Have to talk with a machine for check in and check out as there is no live people.

Quite a few issues first Staff @ front desk (not friendly @ all, indoor pool (not heated which doesn't specify on the website @ 69 degrees temperature, very disappointing driving the extra 120 miles & Jacuzzi out of Order, (Which also was not noted during reservation) we paid extra for those specific reasons & were unable to use either. Check in personnel took forever with each guest, took phone call in the middle of my check in which kept me waiting. Took so long for check in, no elevator so hard to carry kids & luggage up & down the stairs.

Comfy and clean beds were Great. bathroom needed a mopping and exhaust fan is a little loud. But overall we definitely would stay again. Airport surprisedly was not disturbing. Well lit parking area. Lots of amenities around area. Breakfast was good 👍

Someone else's hair in the bed sheet. Only coffee, no tea. Barely enough hot water for a shower. No elevator. This place is over priced. It's old. I can stay at the Picadilly Inn for half the price and get a good burger. I got quoted the wrong extended parking price with the reservation desk. First and last time here.
