"The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is fabulous. I stayed during the Fest for Beatles Fans, and the staff got into the Beatles theme. The facility is a big, deluxe hotel convenient both to O'Hare Airport, but also walkable to the CTA Blue Line train to Chicago.
I love that the hotel has a convenient shuttle to the airport, leaving every 15 minutes. It's a modern bus, and the driver was very friendly and handled by heavy suitcase with care.
The room featured a large flat-screen TV w/ numerous channels, desk, Keurig coffee maker & a comfy double bed. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
The one curious thing was my room card keys wouldn't work. The green light on the door handle would go green, but the door wouldn't unlock. It was somewhat comical that it took me like 30 swipes to get in my room. But the front desk replaced the card keys and it wasn't that big a deal. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Excellent facilities for a convention w/ one cavernous room that on my trip was used as a concert venue for the Beatles tribute band Liverpool. It appeared to accommodate about 1,000 spectators, as an estimate."
