"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy and needed lights on at all times, which was depressing. If I had been allocated a better apartment, I might have come back - I visit the area for work frequently. Based on this experience, I will not be back. If you want to stay in an apartment, I recommend the ones on Haven Avenue. They are nicer, better equipped and the communal facilities are much better."

"Four Season Palo Alto could not have been more gracious and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and they delivered a pack-n-play, noise machine, diaper genie, and even special soaps for the little guy! Amazing. Mickey pancakes for breakfast with crayons too. Has made me super loyal. "
