I was there for a Stanford Reunion, so I was predisposed to like the place. But it’s a genuinely wonderful hotel, with each of the areas (lobby, bar, patio) all having a different character. Rooms and entire hotel spotless, service excellent. Refreshing lack of multiple TVs and annoying music in the public areas.

Luxury for less

Our daughter had to have surgery at Stanford Medicine, so we stayed at the Stanford Park Hotel for five nights in Aug '25. (We used to live in the area, but recently moved away.) The service was impeccable and the facilities top-notch. It was great to have the pool on hot days; and we loved dining/ lounging in the courtyard on a warm summer eve. I'd rank the quality with more expensive hotels in the region (Four Seasons, Rosewood); the Stanford Park is better value for money and the clientele/ staff friendlier.
