Hotel Warner met our needs. The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. We arrived on a cold snowy day earlier than check in time. I inquired about being permitted to park until check in and was offered an alternative parking across the street ($5 per day) or to leave our vehicle in the adjacent garage ($25 per day). The clerk also immediately checked us in, which was wonderful and saved time later. Our only hiccup was our remote control went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room and the front desk couldn't replace, but honestly, the trip wasn't about watching TV in the room. Too many things to do!

Staff was courteous, the bar was great. Rooms nice, nothing over the top but comfortable. We appreciate that this is a historic building & we think the owner did a great job. My husband & I grew up in West Chester & went to the Warner movie theatre a zillion times. We were back from the west coast for family & we were excited to stay there.

Staff claimed the parking was full, which it clearly was not. This was a huge inconvenience, especially since I am a returning customer and had messaged ahead of time to confirm parking availability. Either the policy did not make sense or it was not communicated properly by staff. Something was clearly incorrect, as the lot remained nearly empty all night. I was then told that an additional lot would be added to my stay, which resulted in me having to pay both that fee and the original parking fee.

The hotel was great. My only comment is that I asked at checkout if there was a diner nearby. The guy at the desk told me the closest diner was a few miles down Paoli Pike. For future reference, I decided to walk around anyway and found Penn’s Table at 102 Gay Street which is an awesome diner a couple blocks from Hotel Warner.

Breakfast foods are subpar… eggs are tasteless. No healthy bread or bagel options like rye or pumpernickel or whole wheat bread. No regular yogurt .. fat free gas artificial sweetener, bad for your health. Also would be nice to have glass drinking cups in room AND an adult toilet… the toilet sits do low that you feel your going to fall. Exceedingly low toilet is very uncomfortable… more for a child.

Clean quiet updated spacious room in the heart of West Chester. Prompt polite desk service. Pool and fitness room. Everything you'd expect for breakfast with a nice view of the town, which is pretty and quaint. Very convenient covered parking behind the lobby (extra charge) is a big plus. Parking in a ramp a cross the street is free or nominal charge. The whole thing is a very good value.

The Warner Hotel is a historic site, a former movie theater. There's a fireplace in the bar space, and the lobby is beautiful. Our room was big, clean, quiet, and overlooked a stunning sunset.

Room spotless. Staff courteous. Only complaint is the cost to park(($25 per day). It appeared to state the parking garage was included. That should be made clear beforehand. Breakfast was good Pool was nice, but more the size of game large hot tub.

The Hotel Warner staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful! We enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful US registered national historical landmark. The amenities offered were great with a decent gym, pool, continental breakfast, and on-site parking available. The central downtown location was perfect, conveniently located within a short walk to all restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. While the room was standard, it was clean and served its purpose! I understand sustainability is a focus, but I would recommend providing guests with 2 wash cloths each for daily cleansing (face & body). Overall, I would consider staying here again in the future!
