My Group and I were spending the night at the hotel for our Children Seven on 7 Football Game. The afternoon staff that began at 5pm was very rude to kids and they were not friendly at all. They had an issue with us ordering pizza and eating on the patio. Our kids were being targeted.

Overnight stay at this hotel while visiting Longwood Gardens. The room was spacious, bright and quiet.
