Such a charming and beautiful place. Eli was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The property was straight out of a magazine. So quaint, yet stylish and very clean!! The animals were adorable. Breakfast options, although just continental, were abundant and freshly made. Our little cottage was clean, comfortable and a perfect size. We had a last minute change when our daughter decided to come with us on this quick overnight stay and Eli went out of his way to put a cot in the room for us. I will definitely be back on our next trip to Lancaster!!!!

Was greeted on my arrival by Barbara who explained the history of the house and property. Then met Eli who was also a very inviting and pleasant host. We felt very comfortable with our stay and the homemade treats for breakfast were a welcome sight. The bed was comfortable and didn’t leave us with aches and pains in the morning. The grounds are well kept and the animals are comical. Will stay here again.

Our stay was outstanding! We only stayed for one night, and then had to check out really early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. Barbara and Eli were so welcoming and friendly! The Studio Cottage was beautiful and clean. Beautiful property as well! We were sad we weren’t staying longer. My husband and I are already talking about when we could back!

Nice night's stay, we arrived late and wasn't a problem. The larger rooms (cottage, etc.) are quite nice! enjoyed watching a young goat prance around the next morning, and the baked oatmeal. would stay here again.

Becky, the host, was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is beautifully landscaped with many flowers and plants. The farm animals are cute, and you can feed them. The location is within driving distance to many local attractions.
