Hotel room was great, staff courteous, but there is no continental breakfast as advertised. They hand you a sack lunch- style breakfast with a frozen breakfast burrito, orange, granola bar, and juice box. Should be advertised as breakfast to go. If you don’t care about breakfast, it’s a fine place to stay.

Room was ok, old and could use some updating. Staff was friendly but I don't know where that picture of a dining room came from, we were told breakfast was in a paper bag - a breakfast burrito, granola bar, piece of fruit and a juice. We saw people walking from the office with bags but we chose to go elsewhere. We tried to have a pizza delivered and were told no because of "security issues" that the area was dangerous. We did not feel unsafe but did see some homeless looking people when driving around

One front staff desk person was abrupt. Seemed to be more interested in ensuring rules are not broken than welcoming guests. Other staff was more friendly. While room appeared clean, the floor released all sorts of black dirt that had our socks and feet covered within minutes. They should look at using a different cleaning solution. The housecleaning staff were very nice though. Bag lunch for breakfast was horrible. One granola bar, an orange and a juice box. A packaged scrambled egg package was provided which was inedible. Package said to keep frozen and cook for 20 minutes in oven. Received package was at room temperature and we only had a microwave. Did not want to chance a sickness so disposed.

This place was a great place to stay if your going to the keys or just wanting to get away. Rooms were clean the pool was nice and the staff was friendly. Would Definitely stay there again.

The place was a dump. There's no coffee pie the room smelled musty and the decor was like it came from 1978. The grounds however were kept nice there was ample parking and the attendant was nice when we checked in. I would not spend money there again though

While the room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near several restaurants, I encountered a few issues during my visit. Upon arrival at 2:50 PM, I was informed that I could not check in until 4:00 PM because no rooms were ready. However, the room I was eventually assigned had a musty smell and a non-functional A/C unit, suggesting it had been vacant for some time. I had to wait for maintenance to replace the entire A/C unit after check-in. Although the maintenance technician was very helpful, it was disappointing to experience these delays after being told the room was not yet prepared.

Average stay in an average motel. The grounds were beautifully kept. The motel not so much, it was a bit pricey for what it is but not a lot of options in homestead.

Overnight stay on our way to Key West. Not very impressed with the room. Bugs everywhere and shower faucet would not stop leaking. Bag breakfast was a joke. Didn't spend very long in the room so it did the job.
