-Living Areas: A generous living room flows seamlessly into a dining area and kitchen, encouraging family time and communal meals. A game room with a full size pool table! A large 2 car garage with plenty of space.

-Kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, the kitchen is inviting and ideal for preparing family dinners or quick snacks.

-Outdoor Area: The landscaped front yard adds charm; with a secure, flat lot (about 5,462 sq ft), there’s potential for outdoor play, simple gatherings, or even a nice summer splash pad for the kids.

-Built in 2024: Everything feels fresh and new, from fixtures to finishes, expect clean lines, durable materials, and a fresh ambiance.

(IMPORTANT - There is a small unit to the left of the home where a very nice family couple is rented, they have a separate entrance and living space and most likely won't come into contact during your stay)
